Nice house in the center of the town of Quéntar, located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, 25 km from the ski slopes and 15 km from the historic center of Granada, ideal to spend a few days in Granada. In an hour they can also be visiting the beautiful beaches of Motril, Calahonda, Almuñecar, etc. Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace (firewood can be provided, first drawer free, later €12 per drawer, appliances and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

It is a quiet and charming town, to relax and go on excursions through its beautiful landscapes with olive, almond and cherry trees, mountains and rivers and a very beautiful dam. Near the house is the Baroque-style Church of the Incarnation, built in the sixteenth century (1582) and renovated a century later, its main altar stands out, adorned with contemporary paintings from the Gabriel Morcillo school and outstanding images such as the Heart of Jesus, the Nazarene or the Crucified.
