Gulf Watch Condominiums is a gulf to bay, 32 unit complex with a heated pool. The complex is conveniently located in the City of Bradenton Beach. Restaurants, shops, and Bridge Street are all within walking distance.


Each unit has a designated spot. Please be aware of the 7'1" garage height clearance. Parking between the buildings is strictly prohibited.

Gulf Watch has no facilities to charge electric golf carts and other electric vehicles.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States.
