Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a lovely holiday home with air conditioning and shared pool. The country resort has been divided into a total of seven private apartments. The property can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.

The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.

For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio, barbecue grill and tennis court. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

Borgo Casa Di Lappi, among other amenities, includes also shared pool and air conditioning.

Trilocale Garden (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
