This comfortable apartment of approximately 90 sqm is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for 25 € / day. Located near the Muntaner metro station, you will enjoy easy access to public transportation and Barcelona's various points of interest.

The apartment has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a nice terrace, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, in each apartment. In addition, if you are a group of more than 6 people there is the possibility of requesting the rental of more apartments in the same building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob. In addition, we have included an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer to ensure your comfort.
