There is a bench at the edge of the property perfect for those sunny days to sit and watch the waves crash along the rocks below, watch the whales spout, or watch the ever changing sunsets. This great home includes premium cable service and WiFi!

Yachats birthday celebration
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place to stay for my great grandson's birthday. We have had family reunions in the Yachats area since the 1970s. My only complaint is the "sleeper" couch. My daughter and her husband had to put the mattress on the floor, and even then it was not comfortable. Please do not advertise this as a sleeping option. Even as a couch, not folded out, it is too short for one person to sleep on unless they are pretty short. Loved watching the waves come in, and only a short walk to paths down to the rocks/beach (depending on tide).

Love being able to watch the waves from the living room or kitchen table. Only complaint is the couch/hide a bed is not sleepable. My daughter and her husband put the mattress on the floor, but both were sore in the morning. Please don't say it can be used as a bed. A short person could sleep on it as a couch, but not that comfortably (I'm 5' 1") and I tried it. Saying it could sleep 6 is false advertising.

A quiet place with a beautiful view
We really enjoyed the view and location of this house. My only complaints by is that if you really want to do some good cooking the kitchen pots and pans are not very good. Could use an upgrade in this area.
