This is a wonderful villa to enjoy your holidays in one of the best locations in the south of France. The villa is large and spacious and can easily accommodate 10 people. The location is quite and private, 500 m from the luxury hotel La Reserve, 1 minutes to L'Escalet beach, 5 mn the Pampelonne beach, 10 minutes from Club 55 and Town Centre Saint Tropez. Both sea and countryside, with nearby coastal path walks by the sea and numerous coves to Cape Taillat and Cap Lardier, or Bastide Blanche Cap Camarat.
The emblematic town of St Tropez and the famous Club 55 are within 5 -10 minutes drive. Many charming local towns and villages, including Ramatuelle, Gassin , St Tropez and Cogolin, all enjoying excellent restaurants as well as weekly markets.
This natural area is protected and not overcrowded, making it an ideal place to relax! Near Nikki Beach Club, Club 55, the Théâtre de Verdure showcasing the jazz festival, and the cinema. Babysitting, domestic and kitchen help, and a personal French chef are available upon request. There is a 6 x 12 m swimming pool, equipped with a relaxation area and a barbecue. Shops are just 1 km away with an international bookshop, delicatessen, a bakery, a supermarket, and a café. Beautiful walks from the L’Escalet beach until they reach St-Tropez, or travel the pother direction along the coastal path to admire Cap Taillat (a UNESCO World Heritage Site)

Wunderschöne moderne Villa mit Panorama Blick in die umgebenden Hügel und Berge
Wir haben uns rund um in der Villa rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, modern eingerichtet und hat einen schönen parkähnlichen Garten mit Schwimmbad und Poolbar. Der Besitzer ist sehr sympathisch und kooperativ. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Herd und die Spülmaschine, die erneuerungsbedürftig sind, Wir kommen in jedem Falle gerne wieder.

déçu
maison vieillissante : salon TV ne fonctionne pas; plusieurs volets ne fonctionnent pas; séjour fin avril sans pouvoir faire fonctionner le chauffage; piscine non chauffée. Les photos ne correspondent plus avec la disposition actuelle de la maison (notamment la table dinatoire déplacée au niveau -1 qui oblige à chaque repas de faire x aller-retours avec la cuisine : Bravo très ingénieux :-( liste non exhaustive.... Le meilleur pour la fin : le jardinier qui vient le 1er Mai à 8h00 du matin, lorsque tout le monde est encore couché (on est en vacances) sans prévenir, passer la tondeuse juste devant les chambres; et qui revient le lendemain toujours sans prévenir. Merci pour tout, on n'oubliera pas ce séjour.

Perfekter Empfang vom Host. Alles sehr gut funktioniert Zimmer sehr gross. Gesamte Liegenschaft freiräumig gestaltet und auch mit acht Personen nie ein Enge Gefühl. 100 % zu empfehlen Thanks Andrew, was a pleasure to be there

Villa parfaitement adaptée et dimensionnée pour 10 personnes. Aucune nuisance liée au voisinage. Jardin et piscine parfaitement entretenus. Vue sur les collines avoisinantes. Standing et prestations haut de gamme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les dîners sur la terrasse...
