Independent villa in residence, air conditioned with air conditioning, heating and safe. Private garden and 2 parking spaces on the property. Two condominium pools, one large and one for children open from 01 May to 30 September. The house has a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction cooker complete with dishes and pots. Living room with sofa, LED TV with TvSat and decoder and WiFi.

Double bed with wardrobe. Double with bunk beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with window and complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside: garden surrounding the entire property with bbq and terrace equipped with garden furniture, table chairs, deck chairs. In the washing machine with sink and outdoor shower.
The house is located in the hamlet of Calmasino 5 minutes from Bardolino and Lazise and 5 minutes from the Affi shopping center and the A22 motorway.
Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva Park and Thermal Park (Colà) all nearby. Verona is only 20 minutes away by car.

Schönes Haus
Ein Haus mit Gemeinschaftspool in der Anlage.Am Pool war nie viel los, man konnte immer gut schwimmen gehen. Die Vermieter Giorgeo und Siriana sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben im Vorfeld schon Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, waren immer erreichbar! Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Umgebung! Ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es entspricht den Bildern auf der Homepage. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sauber und es ist nicht viel los. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit eigenem Garten und Gemeinschaftspool innerhalb der Anlage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen sehr schönen Garten dabei. Die Vermieter Giorgio und seine Frau Siriana sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Haus findet man sämtliche Dinge die man im Alltag braucht und nutzen kann. Die Küche ist seit gut ausgestattet. Fazit, sehr zum empfehlen und wir kommen wieder. Grüße Familie nettner
