The house and its garden are located in a dead end, quiet 200 meters from the shops and the center. The living area is on the 1st floor with access by a private staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, utensils) and open to a dining area that can accommodate 6/8 people.
The living room, equipped with a glass roof, opens onto the sky and the stone walls of the house. It is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a library with free access and a TV / livebox equipment with Canal + / OCS + Internet package. Both bedrooms have double beds with new bedding (less than a year old). One overlooks the garden, the other on the street with direct access to the bathroom. The house is located 200m from Place des Aires (regional bus stop from Nîmes and Montpellier). The historic center is 5 minutes' walk away. Local shops and large area. Sommières is located 30 minutes from Nîmes and 30 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from the A9 (by car) and 30 minutes from the beaches. The location is ideal for exploring between the coast and the Cévennes. Market and flea market every Saturday morning. Night market on Wednesdays in summer.
