The M&M Condo is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

Recently remodeled with a new Italian leather sofa sleeper, dining table and chairs, bar stools, mattresses and bedroom furniture, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite!

This condo was named "M&M Condo" for two reasons. The owners Marty and Margie of Miami fell in love with Breckenridge and this wonderful condo in 2004. So much so, they were married here! They invite you to enjoy staying in their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has Adirondack chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. This condo is a bright condo with a 270 degree view and natural sunlight.

SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM
The M&M Condo is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,181 square feet which sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals.

DINING AREA
The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more.

LARGE LIVING AREA
This condo has a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. From the living area, there is access to the balcony via a sliding glass door.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.

COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.

COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

Amazing Condo w/ Amazing Views and Access!
Stayed for just a short weekend in early April while my kiddos had back-to-back full day ski lessons. The property and the location was perfect as the lessons we had were out of the Village. The condo is fantastic, very clean, and well kept. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and overall the condo was cozy. Communication with the owner was very smooth and easy. There is access to the on-site pool and hot tubs, and they too were very well maintained. We also paid for pre-paid parking, which was super simple to use and very glad we opted for it, as it was underground and heated. Keep in mind that like any condo complex, there is going to be neighbors and we could hear them at times next to us and above, but that had nothing to do with this property. You really can't go wrong with this one! Thanks again for the amazing stay!

Great Location, Great Property, Great Hosts!
This is a wonderful condo with lots of rooms and views. There just isn't a better location in Breck with the base of Peak 9 access, right on Main Street with easy walking to everything and all the amenities of the Breck Village. Our favorites are the multiple hot tubs and the kids love the indoor/outdoor pool. The theater room is another awesome experience! Twilla is a super host and was very responsive to all our questions. Great location and an awesome time!

Extended stay!
We were having so much fun skiing we decided to extend our time in CO and stay at this wonderful condo in Breck. Twilla, the property manager was so accommodating by getting us in last minute and answering all our questions. The location of the condo near Peak 9 was so convenient as was renting skis at the Maggie and just walking across the common area to head to the slopes! Fun community!

Great stay
Our family stayed here March 2024 and we had a great time. The condo is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Easy walking access to both the ski lifts and the downtown area make the location top notch. Twila was very responsive to any questions and/or requests. We will hopefully come back here someday.

Welcome to the M&M Condo of Breckenridge, our cherished home away from home. We know you will enjoy our condo and Breckenridge as much as we do. From the first time we vacationed here in 2001, we loved it! In fact, we loved Breckenridge so much that we ended up getting married here a few years later.

The town atmosphere is great, the people are friendly, and there are excellent restaurants and shops on and off of Main street, and that doesn’t even cover why we originally chose to come to Breckenridge. The recreational activities are unbelievable with some of the best downhill skiing and snowboarding in the world, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dogsledding and snow shoeing in the winter. The summers are incredible, too, with great hiking trails nearby, white water rafting, zip lining and biking to name just a few activities. The best part is that it is all right here and available from our condo. After a full day of being outside it is so nice to come up to the condo and just feel at home and relax, or go downstairs to relax by the indoor/outdoor pool, or enjoy the sauna and community hot tubs.

Our objective when we were looking for a second home in the Rockies was to find a place that provided us with convenience to the Mountain, but also provided us with a feel for the charm and ambiance that Main Street offers. Breckenridge is that place.
