The condo was named the "M&M Condo" for two reasons. The owners Marty and Margie of Miami fell in love with Breckenridge and this wonderful condo in 2004. So much so, they were married here!

Things you should know:
1 - At the Village at Breckenridge, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability.

Nov 1 - Apr 30 - $50/night
May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night
2 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.
3 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined.
4 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.
