Detached villa for holiday lets with a private pool and less than three and a half minutes drive from the lovely beaches and coves of Roche.
Recommended for families with children as the garden is completely enclosed and the pool is fenced off. It is also the perfect choice for two or three couples.

EQUIPMENT

The property has been constructed with first class materials and a careful attention to detail. In the garden there is a completely private pool with gardens, stone barbecue, sun loungers and an exterior shower.

The villa has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other with two singles, kitchen-lounge with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is free WiFi included.

LOCATION

The villa is located in a quiet area, free from noise where you can enjoy the peace and quiet to be able to rest. Close to the property there is a small shop which sells locally grown fruit and vegetables.
