Bungalow situated in a complex of three properties in Conil de la Frontera, very close to the commercial area of El Colorado, where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants cash machine, chemist and a health centre.
It's the perfect choice for families or groups of friends who wish to stay in a rural area, but with everything within easy reach by car.

EQUIPMENT

Two bedroom property, one of which has a double bed and the other with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine and a bathroom. There is a covered porch, barbecue and stone table.
In the shared communal exterior area there is a garden, football pitch, pool and sun loungers.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, a bonus for the summer months.

LOCATION

Its location is unbeatable for easy access to other towns of the region such as Vejer de la Frontera, which is around 20 minutes drive away.

Less than five minutes drive away are the beautiful beaches and coves of Roche beach.
