About this property

A beautifully renovated barn, finished to an exceptionally high standard.

Located on the outskirts of the village of Peasenhall (famed for its roaming peacocks), Snow Hall Barn is set adjacent to the owner’s stunning 15th century farmhouse, accessed via a 300m long private drive from the road, with unhindered views of the surrounding countryside.
The Barn offers spacious accommodation for four guests – with two double bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor and a large, comfortable, open-plan room above.
A perfect base from which to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a footpath behind the barn leading directly onto the Sibton Estate. Great experience
We loved our time here. A beautiful location and lovely accommodation. Felt like being in a designer tree house at times. Amazing hosts who were super helpful with local tips and advice. My kids fell in love with their dogs and wanted to take them home. Thanks Caroline.

Lovely place for a peaceful holiday
Snow Hall Barn was extremely comfortable, and well equipped - although a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition. The only complaint that we had was that there was a 1/2 full bottle of shampoo, a 2/3 full bottle of conditioner, and 1 with a tiny bit of conditioner in left in the bathroom cupboard. If there were supposed to be complimentary bottles, shouldn't they have been full? The location is wonderful if you want a peaceful holiday - when we were there the owners of the main house were away, so it was extremely quiet, with skylarks singing in the field next to us. The local pub is only a 15 minute walk away though - but is quite expensive for food.

Sept break
We loved the accommodation. Only major disappointment was that the local pub was totally booked for meals and not serving drinks to customers who werent dining.

Charming barn
A charming, well equipped barn, situated within the quiet, rural area of Peasenhall - A great location to explore the surrounding areas of Suffolk, such as Aldeburgh, Southwold, Framlingham, Sizewell and more. Lovely host who made us feel very welcome..
