Quiet and cozy detached house surrounded by large meadows 5 minutes from Santander, with the possibility of taking the bus 3 minutes from the house walking, passing the same every 15 minutes.
Three minutes from the incorporation into the ring road of the Cantabrico highway to the main tourist areas of the area. Close to large shopping centers and supermarkets, 5 minutes by car.
Fully equipped both in kitchen utensils and in bedding and towels.
There is no danger for children to be out of it since it is completely closed.

The house was very nice
Nice house, tidy, fully equiped. We never saw the owners. That was a bit strange. But we had everything we needed. The neighbour was very kind, offering us a huge tomato from his garden. We thought maybe he was the owner… but we’re not sure.

El aparcamiento para el coche y el acceso a la casa, es dificultoso.
Desde la carratera, hasta la entrada de la casa, hay una cuesta larga y muuuy empinada. No se puede bajar el coche hasta la casa, aunque tiene aparcamiento para varios coches. Es una pena, porque si vas con personas mayores, se ven mal para llegar a la casa, lo demas, toso bien.
