Cala Estellencs House is a charming Majorcan house with a unique location and impressive sea views in Cala Estellencs, a small rocky cove of the same name that invites you to swim and sunbathe and to which it has direct access.

Casa Cala Estellencs House offers a spacious living room with 3 comfortable sofas (one of them sofa-bed), TV and fireplace, a separate dining room with fantastic sea views, a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each room, and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessible by a sloping wooden staircase.

From all the rooms you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views over the Balearic Sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in the category of "Cultural Landscape".

Cala Estellencs House has a smart TV, WIFI (very basic signal by virtue of the location of the property), ceiling fans in both bedrooms and regular fans in the living room, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc., and complete household, bed linen and towels. The house does not have a washing machine.

Another highlight of this unique property is a large L-shaped terrace with a dining table and BBQ where you will spend wonderful moments relaxing and enjoying unique views and absolute tranquility.

!Qué pena!
Una caseta mallorquina convertida en una casita muy cuca con unas parades muy anchas y una estructura arquitectónica propia de la isla, a cuyo/a propietario/a se le ha olvidado arreglar lo que se rompe o no funciona. La ha amueblado con objetos que le sobran o que ha encontrado en contenedores. Los cojines de las dos hamacas estan guaaaaarros. Las toallas están transparentes de tanto uso. La cristalería es escasa y está destartalada y, si lo llego a saber, le traigo vasos de nocilla y de la mayonesa y se los dejo de regalo, así, como una vajilla de cuando me casé que tampoco uso. Aunque está al lado del mar, el aire no es fresco porque procede de la superfície de la tíerra caliente de alrededor que cae encima del agua de la playa formando unas hondas preciosas, pero lo único que refresca en la casa son dos tristes ventiladores. Las camas son pequeñas y los dormitorios espartanos. No hay lavadora ni secadora. La TV solo en alemán. En fin, que lo único que realmente vale de esa casa es la estructura y las vistas espectaculares.

The house convinced with its location. It’s quite hard to get there and Supermarked trips should be well planned. The Interieur should be renewed, it’s not worth it’s price, the way it is. The communication with the office went quite well. All in all a nice holiday.

Cala Estellencs
Sehr autentisches Haus in einer urwüchsigen felsigen Bucht. Wunderschöne Lage, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge! Etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt. Leider ist das Abflusssystem in keinem guten Zustand, nach jedem Duschen entstehen sehr unangenehme Gerüche, auch ließen sich nicht alle Fenster mehr öffnen, was bei den momentane Temperaturen wünschenswert gewesen wäre. Insgesamt sollte einiges im Haus, auch das Inventar mal wieder überholt werden.
