The Rossi farm was born in 1866 and is reborn in 2016 after major renovations and re-evaluations with Irene and Daniele.

A building dating back to 1800 originally owned by Camaldolese monks. a place used for horses exchange when the old carriageway crossed the fields along the Archian.
