Beatuful 95sqm apartment located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful classical 3-family home, surrounded by the antique walls of the town of Ora.

Thanks to it's srtrategic position, you can easily reach Bolzano 16km, Caldaro Lake 8 km, Calavele 24km, the Beautiful Lake Garda 80km, and it's only 1.5 km for the train station ( excellent connection to neighbouring towns)

The apartment is composed of 2 double bedrooms, living room with couch bed ( one person), bathroom with bathtub, shower, hairdryer washing machine, ironing board, rion and air air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and the necessary items to cook.
Guests will find bed and bath linen, a beautiful private garden, with a garden set and bbq, in the basement guests will enjoy a fitness room.
Internet connection and parking are free of charge.

The apartment is ideal for families. We provide a baby bed for our smaller guests, upon request we can provide you with, indoor and outdoor, toys.
Alessia, the landlady, can help you with any requests you may have.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay in Auer (2 adults and 2 young kids). We were treated like family and felt welcome in their home. We loved the town and the location was perfect.

Hier passt alles!
Wer einen ruhigen Ort im Zentrum vieler Highlights in Südtirol sucht liegt hier richtig. Wir haben unsere Sommerferien hier sehr genossen. Alessia und Michael sind sensationelle Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause.

Wir waren als Familie mit vier erwachsenen Personen zum ersten Mal in Südtirol. Der Empfang in der schönen Wohnung war sehr herzlich. Wir konnten direkt vorm Haus parken, so dass das einzig "beschwerliche", der Aufstieg ins Dachgeschoss war. Wir bekamen sofort sehr viele nützliche Informationen (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bademöglichkeiten, etc. sowie den Hinweis auf das Laubenfest im Nachbarort). Auch wurde uns für den Sohn sofort der Umbau der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer angeboten, so dass jedes unserer Kinder (21 u. 18 Jahre) einen eigenen Schlafbereich hatte. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und zwei Ventilatoren. Für Ausflüge (Infos gab es vom Vermieter incl. per WhatsApp gesandte Links) ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen. Es gibt nur vier statt fünf Sterne (vielleicht sind wir auch ein bisschen pingelig), da der Backofen und die Kaffeemaschine sowie das Eisfach nicht so sauber waren. Für einen weiteren Besuch in Südtirol würden wir aber die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen! P.S. Der Besuch des Weingutes Waldthaler an der Ecke der Straße ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per il capodanno, ed è stato perfetto! La proprietaria Alessia, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile! L'appartamento è ben fornito ed attrezzato con tutto il necessario. È situato in una buona posizione nel paese Ora, a 20 minuti da Bolzano. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!
