It has two bedrooms including a double and a family room with a double and a single, there is also a family shower room, it can sleep five people. Also on the inside there is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is roadside parking to the rear of the cottage and a back garden with a gravel area and a patio with furniture. 40 New Row is a charming cottage in a fantastic location.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available for 1 car park opposite property, permit available from owner on key collection. Patio with furniture and gravel area. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
