High up in the prestigious Los Claveles community, you will find Vista Grande. It is set in a quiet and peaceful location yet still within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.
Our pricing includes a substantial welcome pack, electric pool heating, air con in the bedrooms, beach towels, end of stay clean, WiFi, and a full T.V. package....no hidden add-ons!!
We are fully licenced which is a requirement of the Canarian Government. We have the Vivienda Vacacional licence VV-35-3-0001641. All rental properties must have this by law.

The Villa is modern and spacious inside and out. The 270-degree views encompass the islands of Lobos, Fuerteventura, and also the Femmes and Roja mountains. These views are truly spectacular day and night and a rarity in Playa Blanca.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms en-suite and a twin bedroom with a family shower room.

The main living area is modern and open-plan. It has been designed to take advantage of amazing views whether you are inside or out.
The lounge area is particularly light and airy with floor to ceiling sliding doors onto the terrace and pool area. The dining area is spacious and also has floor to ceiling doors onto a covered patio area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an American-style fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.

There is a fantastic covered outside BBQ area with its own sink and fridge taking in the southerly sea views.
As the pictures show the south-facing terrace makes a lovely area to relax by the pool which is 9m by 4.5m and incorporates sunbathing steps from the shallow end.

The pool is solar and electrically heated to 28 degrees but it can be a lot warmer. We do not charge for pool heating.

Having rented in Lanzarote ourselves many times we wanted to include as much as possible without the hidden extras that can often be added on and also add up!

Your rental includes a welcome pack for your arrival, free heating of the pool, hot tub free air conditioning (fair use policy in booking condition) beach towels Free WI FI.

Amazing Villa spectacular views
Just got back from 10 days at Vista Grande and had a fantastic time. The villa has everything you would need and was spotless. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a late arrival. Inside the villa was perfect- very sociable kitchen area, 3 good size bedrooms with air con and 3 bathrooms. TV with all Channels both UK and others was a great touch. However, It’s the outside area that really sets it apart from dozens of other villas we have stayed in. The heated pool is a really good size and the views from the outdoor area are spectacular! As the villa is elevated it is really private and Views of the sea, Lobos island and Fuerteventura stretch out before you and views of a volcano to the right. Great covered outdoor kitchen and dining area. Lovely pool and outdoor lighting. Quiet part of Playa Blanca but still a short walk to beaches and restaurants. We hired a car and explored the whole island which I’d highly recommend. Whilst eating out we would highly recommend “Afrodite little Italy” in the harbour area- spectacular little Italian restaurant. Would highly recommend this villa and the contact with the host and management team was first class.

Lovely villa, quiet and private
This villa is as advertised - it's close enough to stuff but because of the layout of the either side properties it feels really private. We all had a very enjoyable stay and in fact spent far more time chilling at the villa than we might otherwise had done because really it had everything we needed.

We have just returned from a week in this lovely villa. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. The hot tub was a great place to spend some time in the evening and the pool was used by myself - even though it was lovely and warm I couldn’t persuade the others to join me! Thanks for our starter kit of food and the bottle of bubbly.

We live in Harrogate N. Yorkshire and love to holiday in Lanzarote as it has so much to offer us as a family.
We run our own business from home so it's nice to get away and relax when we can.

Why they chose this property

This was a run down property but we could see great potential given it's location and views. Los Claveles is one of the most sought after locations in Playa Blanca and we were attracted to the property for it's fantastic views and quiet location. We love the fact we can walk to the beaches and restaurants as well.

What makes this property unique

Prestigious area in Playa Blanca.
The views are spectacular.
Pool size is an asset and is heated all year round.
You can leave the Villa and walk to the top of the Montana Roca Volaco in approx 30mins.
Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance.
Very quiet, beautiful, and tranquil.
