Casa Limoni is a new house built (built in 2012) that respects the traditional wooden building style and is taking advantage of all the latest technological improvements to make it very comfortable and respectful of the environment.
The house is divided into two floors of 31 sq m each (330 sq m) connected by an internal staircase, on the ground floor there is a beautiful shaded veranda of 22 sq m with a sea view.
Casa Limoni is surrounded by a large private garden enclosed with olive trees, palms and other Mediterranean plants.
The house is furnished with elegant and new furniture.

Typisches Italien
Wir haben uns gut erholt. Die Besitzerin ist zuvorkommend und gibt gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Man hat andere Gäste um sich und ist im kleinen Häuschen doch auch für sich. Ideal mit kleinem Hund, da der Garten gross und nutzbar ist.

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem eingezäunten privaten Garten. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin
Es fehlte an nichts in der Wohnung. Sauberkeit super. Toller Blick auf Berge und Meer.

Schönes Haus mit einem herrlichen Ausblick
Elisa hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und war immer ansprechbar. Sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt mitgeteilt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine entspannte Zeit benötigt. Das Gelände ist komplett umzäunt und dackelsicher. Leider liegt das Haus an einer Bergstraße und somit ist eine Gassirunde oder Spazierengehen nicht zu empfehlen. Aber dafür gibt es einen großen Olivengarten. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden noch lange an die schöne Zeit zurückdenken.

Familienurlaub (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) mit Hund
Prima Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Das Haus ist sehr schön, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der kleine eingezäunte Garten ist ideal, um den Hund nach draußen zu lassen. Zusätzlich darf man mit dem Hund in den großen Olivengarten (auch eingezäunt). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gibt gerne Auskunft und Tipps. Zum Essen oder Einkaufen ist ein Auto geschickt, man fährt etwa 5 Minuten nach Chiavari und hat dort alles, was man braucht.
