It is a typical and ancient rural residence of the early 1900s, restored. Bright with windows and blackout doors and mosquito nets. The house is equipped with modern comforts (Wi-Fi; Hi-Fi; Hair dryer, Clothesline, folding drying rack, table and iron). The furniture is in "poor art" style. Suitable for a comfortable holiday and to easily reach renowned tourist locations in the province (Milazzo, Messina, Taormina). Car parking is free in the public area in front. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large bathroom contains the toilet, the large shower cubicle, hot water and the washing machine. The room is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest containing the change of linen, towels, blankets and additional pillows. In the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed, flat screen TV and a table to accommodate 6 people. In the entrance, without steps, there is a chest of drawers to hold clothing and a shoe rack with mirror.

Panoramic places can be reached in the town on the Nebrodi, Peloritani and Etna mountains, the Gulf of Patti.
