Modern 2 bedroom plus den, 2 bathroom , non-smoking condo, in the heart of the city. This 2010 condo is over 1000 sq feet, including the south facing balcony. It is a luxury light filled air conditioned home located in the more quieter area of the complex. The living room features an electric fireplace and loaded cable channels. Free high speed wifi internet throughout the unit as well. This condo also has a high efficiency in suite washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, has an island and 3 bar stools, and is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, TV and 4-piece ensuite, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Heavenly Eucalyptus bedding and duvets cover the comfortable beds with 4 pillows, each ranging from soft, medium and firm comfort levels.

Communal outdoor rooftop pool (seasonal) and hot tub (year round), gym and outdoor lounge area with fireplace are a bonus for the building and for guests. These are open from sunrise to sunset and are a wonderful way to end or start your day. Right across from the famous Fairmont Empress Hotel and steps away to all attractions. There is Browns Socialhouse and a 24 hour 7/11 right in the building.

The Falls is nestled within the downtown upscale shopping, arts and entertainment district. Inner Harbour, Legislative Building, Fairmont Empress Hotel, Whale watching, Beacon Hill Park and Petting Goat Zoo, Fishermens Wharf and Float Homes, Sightseeing bus tours, Museum, Dozens of restaurants, Pubs, Souvenir shops, Plus kids activities, are only a few of the many attractions right in the area. No need at all for a car here, but it comes with one stall and a 6'8" clearance for the secure underground parking. Catch the shuttle bus straight from the airport to almost the front entrance. Come and enjoy your special holiday at this condo where we believe you will leave with great memories. Its luxury resort living with most of the comforts of home.

About Teresa

Hi, we are Teresa and Hunter. We are originally from Edmonton, Alberta. Our family came here for a visit in 2006 and stayed in the downtown area of Victoria. We fell in love with everything about the city and made plans to move here permanently. Just the smell of the fresh ocean air was enough to make us realize that this was where we needed to be. We moved here in 2008 and have never looked back. I am retired from law enforcement. I am now a stay at home mom and raise my 13 year old, who is the youngest of four kids. We spend our time outdoors in the yard and at the beach with our rescue dog. We enjoy meeting the many tourists that come to our beautiful city and learn a great deal from all those we have met in our daily ventures. Victoria is a very friendly city and we have never felt safer then we do here. We live only 15 minutes away from the condo and are available to answer any questions you may have at any time. We look forward to sharing our condo with you and believe you will enjoy your stay as much as we have.

Why Teresa chose Downtown

We have bought and sold lots of property throughout the years and decided we wanted to do short term rentals so that we can interact with visitors more then we did with long term tenants. After searching in many areas of the city, we felt that this location was the very best for people coming to stay. There is everything you need right outside the secure building. We wanted to purchase a home that we believed would provide the safest, and enjoyable stay for all. A home away from home. This is the perfect place.

What makes this condo unique

We are on the 6th floor and face both south and east. Sunlight pours in from many huge floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony. It is most relaxing to be out in the sun on the balcony and enjoy a cold drink before or after your daily adventures in the city. Its great to return to a home that you can finish off your day in the pool (seasonal only) or hot tub (year round) ,or get a little exercise in at the complex gym. Then unwind completely in front of the fireplace while watching your favourite TV shows from the two TVs with dozens of cable channels to please everyone, or relax and catch up on your email from the free high speed internet.

The owner Teresa met us and introduced us to her neatly appointed property with a windowed view of the city and neighborhood. The amenities provided us comfort and a nice place to gather with our family. Teresa was very accommodating and made herself available to us for any questions we might have. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was so close to the ferry terminal and tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Teresa was an amazing host; she was able to accommodate our request to check in early, met us at the building, showed us around, gave us some recommendations on what to do in the area and checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were doing well. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Our son loved the pool and I used the fitness room which was very nice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious, clean - and perfect location!

One of the best of the dozens of places we've rented in travels all over the world. Spacious, with high-end finishes, very comfortable king bed (queen in second bedroom) - floor to ceiling windows, nice gas fireplace, good-sized balcony, and the condo was stocked with some lovely soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Teresa was a wonderful host, checking in to make sure we were settled, and if we needed anything. Throughout the whole rental process, she was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Our travels were delayed so we really appreciated that she was flexible in being able to meet us when we finally did arrive.

The condo is perfectly located just a block or so walk from the inner harbor, near two major streets (Douglas and Blanshard) that have many shops and eateries - many, locally-owned. You don't really need a car.

Don't miss the Royal British Columbia Museum, just a couple blocks' walk - also includes IMAX theater. It's well worth spending a day. The condo is also a 10-min walk to Beacon Hill Park - then another 10 mins farther south to James Bay - both offer some beautiful scenery. Pack a nice picnic!

For Butchart Gardens, take the #75 bus on Douglas just 1/2 a block south of the condo. The bus takes about 40 minutes, but you can get a good look at the island. Buy the Gardens tickets AND your bus tickets at a slight discount from the Tourist Info (TI) kiosk in the Inner Harbour just a couple blocks' walk from the condo. The tickets from the TI are good for any day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Victoria - made even more enjoyable by the lovely accommodations and friendly host!

Amazing Stay in Victoria

We spent four nights at Teresa's place in May. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodations are like new. You have everything you need, including use of of a pool and hot tub. The location couldn't have been better. Just park your car and walk everywhere. Teresa is wonderful to work with. She gave us all the information we needed and even checked on us a couple days into our stay to make sure we were doing ok. I would definitely stay here again.

We are so close to most attractions that you don't need a car, though a secure underground stall is included in your stay. Everything for the kids fun, families, couples and adults only, is all right around the area, most within walking distance. The famous Fairmont Empress Hotel is right across the street, and the popular downtown district is all within minutes from the condo.
