Welcome to our luxury honeymoon or family flat!

The flat is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom, kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, and a terrace with amazing views to the sea, the lake of Istan and the mountains.

On the ground floor we have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with the same views. From the upper terrace we can find the access to the roof terrace with the same amazing views. In total the penthouse consists of 90 m2 of living space and 55 m2 of terraces and is south facing.

Furthermore, the penthouse has a private parking space in the garage included but there is also plenty of free parking available in the surrounding area. 

The flat is lovingly equipped so that you will lack nothing during your stay! Here are the details: 

Throughout the flat there is fibre optic internet access with 300 MB speed. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality BOSCH appliances. It also has an osmosis system so you can enjoy top quality water without having to carry bottles. The kitchen has a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave with grill function, defrosting and heating, multifunction oven, BOSCH silent fridge, induction hob and dishwasher.

It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine and champagne glasses, etc.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a top quality Boxspring bed and offer the ideal rest for a great holiday. Bed linen and bath towels are provided and for a small extra you can get beach towels. The master bedroom also has a TV with internet access and Netflix (there are no TV channels on the bedroom TV but there are on the lounge TV). 

All bedrooms have blinds in addition to the curtains. The master bedroom also has air conditioning separate from the rest of the house so that the temperature can be adjusted individually. 

The bathrooms have a hairdryer. The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower screen, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. 

The sofa in the living room can be converted into a 160x200 bed. In addition to cushions for comfort, there are also blankets. The television is connected to the internet and has access to Netflix with Spanish channels and international German, Russian, Nordic, English and Irish channels. 

There is also a desk in the living room for those who, even on holiday, need a space to work comfortably with a laptop. 

The terrace has an outdoor table with 4 chairs, an automatic awning with wind sensor and two sun loungers. To make the most of your stay there is also a gas barbecue. 

In the terrace room there is a high quality Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer, very quiet. There is also an iron, ironing board, clothes rack and hoover available and the wardrobes are equipped with clothes hangers.

The penthouse is situated on the Istan road between km 6 and 7 in a quiet urbanisation with 3 communal pools, ideal for a couple or a family. But at the same time it is only 12 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and the beach and 8 minutes to the supermarket Mercadona. Also Marbella centre and the old town are only 15 minutes away. Malaga airport is about 45 minutes away. 

Services and common areas

You will have access to the entire flat and to all areas of the community. The community of Balcones del Lago is residential and very quiet with 2 large swimming pools and a children's pool, all fenced. It is surrounded by countryside and therefore ideal for long walks. In the communal pool there are no sun loungers, so in the flat you will find 2 folding chairs and 2 folding sun loungers and a pool and/or beach umbrella.
