Magnificent penthouse (4th floor) of a building of few units, without elevator, completely renovated and with new style furniture, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Venetian roofs, from which you can admire the bell tower of S. Marco, where you can comfortably eat or sunbathe.
The apartment consists of: a spacious entrance that leads directly to the kitchen and terrace but also to the large living room with satellite TV and DVD and dining room which has a rectangular table for six people.
The two bedrooms are both doubles (one double the other with two single beds that can be joined) and are equipped with large wardrobes and from the windows you can admire the Venetian canal where gondolas pass daily
There are two bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, bidet, the other with the use of the toilet only.
The apartment has air conditioning and independent heating and wifi

Peaceful Rooftop Terrace
We stayed at this delightful apartment for five nights at the end of October. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time there on the terrace watching the sunsets and enjoying the rooftop views. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect spot to come home to after a busy day exploring Venice. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage as we arrived early and had a later departure. Thank you Orial for arranging that. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice.

Très bel et charmant appartement, bien équipé tout près d’un canal. Le balcon est un plus. L’emplacement est très calme. Le wifi fonctionne super bien. Si on retourne à Venise cet appartement sera notre premier choix.

Peaceful and quiet rooftop in Venice-even in July!!!
Lovely apartment. There are definitely a lot of stairs but it is well worth the climb- and it was wonderful to have a location that is far from the maddening crowds but still easy to get around the city. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the rooftops and we would highly recommend this apartment!

Superbe, mais sans grasse matinée
Merveilleux endroit, comme sur les photos. Nous avons pu manger sur la terrasse à midi au soleil de janvier. Propre et agréablement meublé. Tout bien. Sauf l'isolation acoustique qui est inexistante et, juste au dessus du canal, le bruit des vaporettos et des livraisons vous réveille très tôt à coup sûr. Dommage si vous êtes nocturne car le prix de la location est élevé. Mais si vous êtes très matinal, cela n'a pas d'importance, et Venise est magique.
