Relax between the beach and Venice

Cozy apartment recently renovated for 4/5 people, a stone's throw from transport to Venice, the magnificent islands of the lagoon and 1500 meters from the free beach of Punta Sabbioni.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa with garden (with a free car park adjacent) and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a terrace and a private bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned and there is also the possibility of adding an extra bed.

For our guests we offer free bikes to explore our beautiful coast or comfortably reach the beach.

The beach can also be reached with the free shuttle service that runs in front of the house every 30 minutes.

Our position is highly appreciated as it is really convenient to reach Venice and its main attractions (Piazza San Marco, the historic center, the Biennale, the Film Festival, etc.) and for those who at the same time want to spend their holidays in in the middle of the greenery or the sea.

It is possible to rent bed linen and towels at the property (Euro 8.00 per person).
