This lovely wooden bungalow on the owners' farm is situated within reach of East Harling and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Meadow View is a wooden detached cottage situated on the owners' estate and working livestock farm, within walking distance of the village of East Harling. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, together with a bathroom with corner bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside there's off road parking and a side lawned garden with furniture. Meadow View is a delightful base with plenty of things to see and do and many places to visit within reach.

Amenities: Electric panel heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Enclosed side lawned garden with patio and furniture. Free, shared use of estate facilities including hot tub, riverside picnic area and one acre lake with specimen fishing. Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are boarding kennels on the estate and the owners request dogs to be kept on a lead when walking on the estate. Note: Children to be supervised at all times due to the River Thet running through the estate, as well as the fishing lake on-site. The river is unfenced and the lake has a low-level fence.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: The attractive village of East Harling is steeped in history and centres round the old market square and a beautiful 15th century church. East Harling has a village store, Post Office, two pubs,snd a fish and chip shop. East Harling sits close to the borders of Suffolk and enables you to visit the many attractions to be found in both Norfolk and Suffolk.
