Beautiful setting in Welsh countryside
The family were friendly, the house spacious and comfortable, the surrounding scenery beautiful, Mrs. Jones' garden lovely, and it was interesting to be right in the middle of a working farm.

Dolwen Farm
We loved the farm and surroundings. Very clean, beds very comfortable, nice lounge area. Low score for check in because owner not there to check us in and key was in the door. One additional amenity that would have been useful is somewhere to hang coats especially as the weather was bad. Especially enjoyed seeing a working farm!

a lovely setting and lovely family
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is not high end luxury, but the bed is extremely comfortable, it is clean with a lot of provisions other places now omit. eg. washing up liquid, sponges, cleaning wipes, soaps etc. And it is truly dog friendly, which in this day and age is remarkable. We always take our own covers for furniture but to arrive somewhere with a very warm welcome and not to be greeeted with a list of rules the length of your arm is absolutely wonderful. The whole family is approachable but non intrusive and the children so so so polite! i would love to stay again and fully recommend. ps. there are dogs, cats and chickens of many variety around but all totally sweet - they charmed us within 5 minutes!

Lovely cottage
Clean well maintained cottage that was perfect for us. Within 20 minutes drive of most of the attractions it is an ideal location. Plus the view from the lounge is stunning. Well equipped with everything you would need if you were catering for yourself. Would definitely come back!
