About Stephanie Leo
My husband and I grew up in Texas. After relocating to several other states, we moved to NW Arkansas 11 years ago. One state we particularly enjoyed was Colorado. We designed our home based on some of the mountain lodge feel we experienced while visiting the Rocky Mountains. We purchased this home based on it's incredible view and conveinent location to Rogers and short drive to Eureka Springs. We love Beaver Lake and the amenities offered in NW Arkansas. We are in the process of listing our home and will be updating pictures as we continue to prepare our home for rental.
Stephanie Leo purchased this House in 2004
Why Stephanie Leo chose Rogers
This property was built for entertaining. It consists or an open floor plan, and multiple living spaces (indoor and outdoor). We have a pool table and pinball machine located in the game room. A large assortment of movies on dvd are available to borrow and watch in the media room. Outside you and your family can enjoy smores cooked on the fire pit while watching the numerous bats/fireflies darting throughout the sky. Whether it's coffee in the morning or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening, there is always something to see. The lake/boat dock is directly behind the house. Our home is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Rogers. Boutiques, restaurants, The Rogers Little Theater, Daisy BB Gun Museum, Micro Breweries, antiques all offer a local flavor of downtown Rogers.
What makes this House unique
We love the wildlife we get to see while sitting on our deck. The stars are so amazingly bright that you feel as though you can reach out and touch them. We also love the Colorado feel our home has. It's warm, inviting, relaxing, and extremely cozy! You will love it too!

Great place for family get-together
Accommodations were very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with good appliances. Views of the lake are gorgeous. Easy drive into town for groceries and other items. The only negative was the steep walk down to the water; the water was also high due to the recent heavy rains. There is a nearby marina if you want to rent a boat for a day. Overall, a beautiful house on a gorgeous lake makes for a great vacation. We would definitely return.
Ideal lake home
This was an excellent home for a family weekend on the lake! House was wonderful and views were fantastic. Everything you would want was available. Owner was always available to ask questions. We will be back next year
The owners were very friendly and nice . Anytime I contacted them I got a response almost instantly. The lakehouse was beautiful and we enjoyed our visit so much !
There are no words that can explain how great our weekend was. I was looking for a home with great views, open floor plan, big kitchen, entertainment for kids, and enough beds for my guests. This house had everything we wanted. We enjoyed cooking, playing games, sitting outside, and just relaxing. If I had a question about the house the owner was just a phone call away. I can't wait to plan another family get away at this location.
Beautiful home on the lake. The lake views were amazing and large enough for extended family.
The Leo’s were so hospitable and accommodating! Their home was everything and more! It provided the most beautiful views and entertainment for all 17 of us! We enjoyed our Easter holiday while celebrating our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. It helped that Mother Nature cooperated with 75° temperatures! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, taking the kayaks out, making s’mores over the fire pit (they kindly provided the fixins’), playing ping pong and pool and simply, enjoying family time! We will be back!!
While staying in NW Arkansas, enjoy the amazing Crystal Bridges Art Museum, The Amazeum, War Eagle Mill, Hobb's State Park, miles of biking/jogging trails, and 30 minute scenic drive to Eureka Springs. After a day of boating on the lake, our family enjoys dining at JJ's On The Lake located in the Prairie Creek Marina.
