Welcome to a new world of luxury, privacy and tranquility!

Welcome to a place where you can relax, find peace of mind and have your body and soul renewed, in a three level, 240 sq.m. villa with a private outdoor pool (2x3m.) and a private outdoor hot tub, amazing castle view and unlimited comfort.
Rock Villas complex, consisting of upper level Rock Legend and lower level Rock Myth, accommodates up to 11 guests and showcases a fully furnished patio and terrace with a wonderful view of the renowned medieval castle, “Kasteli”.

Our unique domed villas, dug in the rocky grounds of the ancient village of Emporio, are built in harmony with the island's unique morphology created by the volcano and are strongly influenced by the traditional Aegean Sea architecture. Along with our dreamy, handpicked decoration, the result is an environment of unusual freedom of expression that makes you feel mindful, joyful and balanced.

Both the kitchens are fully equipped and seat about 20 people in total, while all rooms are comfortable and sophisticated. The interior is both naturally and technically ventilated, while five air conditioners are installed for your comfort. In the premises, you can also find a steam press.

In case you catch the sweet smell of freshly baked bread, you have turned lucky! The old bakeries , just a few meters away, may have been shut down long ago, but some people claim they can still sense the smell of baked goods!

Your traveling experience can be more enhanced through the flawless services of our professional partners. Are you adventurous? The island’s best sailing cruises agency can take you explore Santorini’s most amazing places through semi-private or private tours, in traditional caiques, catamaran or yachts, or you can just rent a car and explore the inland. Fantastic stay
We had the best time at Rockvillas. The location was fantastic. Everything was perfect, the hosts were very helpful and always reachable for even the slightest queries. All with a lovely smile on their face. Thank you for making our experience so memorable!!!

Paradise
Rock Villa is an incredibly beautiful accommodation. It is in Emporio which is a location for residents of Santorini and the food and produce is very cheap. The beach is very close and the seafood at Perissa Beach is amazing and also very cheap. Our time at the Rock Villa was unforgettable!

Breathtakingly beautiful!
There was a little confusion with check in times, but then Vera took over and welcomed us royally. The villas are so fantastic, the village of Emporio is superb. Vera was available throughout our stay to book things for us, give us recommendations on where to eat, see the sunset, enjoy the beaches. She's amazing! We were sad to leave. We will be back and plan to stay longer next time!

Amazing Hidden Gem
Rock Villas is an excellent place to stay in Santorini . The Villa and it's grounds are beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend Rock Villas, if you are looking for a beautiful quiet retreat, it is an hidden gem. Vera provided a very comfortable stay. Vera was amazing. I feel like we gained a friend. She greeted us with a warm welcome and a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, juices and a carafe of wine, which was a much need treat after a long day of traveling. Vera was very sweet, attentive, and always available to provide info about places to go. Other Villa's and places could learn a lesson in hospitality from Rock Villas and Vera. Rock Villas is Very relaxing with all amenities available.

Charming Villa in Santorini
We were a group of 4 couples ans we had an amazing stay in the Rock Villa. Verra our host, was very nice and friendly. The villa is very charming and beauthifully decorated, we has a blast in the yard with the pool and nice views. The villa is well located, 20 -25 minutes from everywhere. The only negative was the house below, it had no windows and smelled of humudity. I recommand this villa to any type of group, adults or family...truly a special place! Thanks Verra for your geat hospitality :) From all of us in Montreal

I love my job but I also love to travel all over Greece, as often as I can.
When I was younger, I loved and admired the amazing island of Santorini because of its unique rock history.

As I grew up I started to value things in another way. I was thinking “Small and simple things are really precious” and since then, I changed my view. I saw deeper and I started to appreciate everything that comes from the heart.

From my trips I realized that every place is a different place. Think about wild Mani, the awesome Delphi, the medieval castle of Monemvasia, the rock mountain of Kaimaktsalan etc.
I love all Greek villages, I love entire Greece.
I am so proud of our special history with all ups and downs, its unparalleled natural beauty combined with a bit of "wildness".
Whatever it is, it's very charming to me.
Somehow, I consider it my duty to spread the beauty of Greek hospitality. I am doing my best for the people traveling from all over the world and from Greece to visit those amazing destinations, so I hope you will enjoy your staying with us.

This is not a simple trip. It's a lifetime experience.
