SUMMER RULES

During the top season ( july/august/september)we just accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday, so please bear that in mind before booking.

A wonderfull charming and luxurious completely refurbished south-west facing property, with 180º sea views and restyled in 2022 with pool, perfectly suited for a family with children or 2 or 3 couples.
Only 450 meters from sand beach (very safe for children). All amenities, play ground, tram station and grocery at 10 minutes walking.
The villa has 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 more bedrooms with 1 bathroom. All new beds of 2023.
AIR CONDITIONING WARM/COLD IN ALL ROOMS.
The villa consists of a very bright and spacious open plan living room with a fire place, dining area and well equipped kitchen with black granite top, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with drinking water, ice cibs and crunched ice, dish washer, Nespresso machineand induction cooker.
Next to the garage is a washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Big sliding doors are leading to the terrace with pool. it has also sun blinds. The terrace has a BBQ, a 2 comfortable lounge sets, marble dinning table, and sun beds with wooden umbrellas.
Chromecast HBO max to stream TV and movies.
There is a private drive way to the house with enough space to park up to 3 cars.

At 10 minutes walking you find several bars, restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Dutch en British) Spanish beach restaurant, hairdresser, rental of sub boards, kayaks etc. a childrens playground.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Bausubstanzmängeln
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Die Lage ist Traumhaft oberhalb einer kaum befahrenen Straße (wir waren in der absoluten Nebensaison da) und der Bahngleise. Die Züge stören nicht! Das war meine größte Sorge... Man kann sie zwar hören aber es ist nicht unangenehm. Das Haus an sich, hat auch nach der schönen Renovierung noch ein paar Mängel. Leider gibt es im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer risse in den Wänden. Man hat auch das Gefühl, dass das gesamte Haus an manchen Stellen etwas "schief verzogen ist" Die Schranktür im Einbauschrank bleibt beispielsweise nicht zu. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und wir hatten einen tollen, sauberen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

This is your perfect property it has been refurbished completely in 2022 and re-decorated also in 2022. New beds bought and Perfectly equiped with oven, big American fridge with freezer, microwave, induction cooking, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Smart Tv etc etc.
A nice swimming pool at the same level as the living room. Covered and not covered terraces. sun blinds)
Only 150 meters from the beach which is very safe for children.
Tram station at 7 minutes.
Near all amenities. Alicante at 15 minutes, el Campello 5 minutes.
