About this property

Steps to the sand, immaculate, and fully stocked Newport Beach rental!

This upstairs unit was completely renovated. It's a beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom / 2 bath unit with AC (yes...you need it in Newport) with remote start fireplace, wrap around balcony (peek a boo views of the ocean), bbq, flat screen TV's in every room - you'll never want to leave! Garage parking, beach toys, free use of washer/dryer, everything is included and your only 1 house from the sand (literally steps away). No walking across busy streets with your kids, etc....Super easy, fun and relaxing! This side of Newport is quieter and more relaxing but with easy access to the pier (2 miles away - 10 minutes by bicycle), walking distance to restaurants like the famous Cappy's Cafe, Spaghetti Bender, Eat Chow and easy access to Huntington Beach with great shopping / restaurants.

We provide everything including bikes, boogie boards, surf boards, wagons to haul stuff to beach, umbrellas, pop-up tents, tons of wetsuits, sand toys, etc...

We also fully stock the kitchen with everything you'll need to cook including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/range, Rice Cooker/Slow cooker, blender, filtered water at sink and fridge (ice), etc...

All linens including bedding and beach towels are provided and there are extras in the closets.

You can't go wrong with this house - it is GORGEOUS!

N.B. STL License# SLP12759

Please do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. We have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras outside. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house only the guests included on the reservation unless you've gotten prior permission. Families please note that this is an upstairs unit and noise does transfer through the floors. If it will be hard to keep kids from running, jumping, and being noisy, please consider renting a downstairs unit.

Host will not issue a refund after stated cancellation due dates for Covid or any other issues. Consider travel insurance (insuremytrip.com)

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).

Clean, great location, great communication!
Super clean home. Loads of sheets, towels, and bath mats. Great location at the very north of Newport Beach. Maybe 20 steps to the sand. Bit of a walk on the sand to get to the water. Very well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and loads of cups and cooking utensils. Comfortable beds, nice bedding, etc. Great rental! Would 100% rent from Lisa again!

This was a perfect property for a family vacation and celebration of a milestone birthday. The bikes and boogie boards delighted the young adults while the quieter, clean beach spoke to the rest of the group. The house was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated a group of 8.

We are a down to earth family from Newport Beach with 3 boys that love to surf and love the beach. It's easy for us to manage this business ourselves since we live close and we've found this is the best way to keep our properties in great shape and the best way to offer great service to our guests. We take a lot of pride in our vacation homes and it shows. We really enjoy meeting our guests and offering a great place for them to enjoy their vacation.

Why they chose this property

West Newport is awesome! The beach is less crowded on this side and so it is quieter and more relaxing. You can bike just about anywhere from here (2 miles to Newport Pier) or 2 miles to Huntington Beach (Pacific City in Huntington Beach is our new favorite restaurant / shopping center). The house is only steps to the sand (1 house away) We cut no corners on this house, everything is top notch! You'll feel like you are at a 5 star hotel!

What makes this property unique

We have so much beach gear at the house making it really convenient and saving you a ton of money. We typically have 8 adult size beach cruisers with locks and helmets, 2-3 kids size bikes, tons of surf boards, boogie boards, wet suits, beach chairs, pop-up tents, etc...etc... Large capacity washer / dryer in the garage for your use (free), garage parking for one car with this unit (there is also free street parking and a paid parking lot that is free overnight)
