Enjoy awesome beachfront views from the covered porch of this gorgeous oceanside property with 2 homes. Only a few steps from having your toes in the sand. Surfside Oasis includes 2 houses with a total of 6 bedrooms & 6 full baths, central air & heat, dishwashers, microwaves, washers & dryers (in both houses). Relax in a lounger or at the in-pool swim-up table & enjoy a beverage while watching the kids swim.

Master bedroom has flat screen TV & inviting king size bed with French doors overlooking the beach & leading to covered deck. Bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV with DVD & an extra bonus of a classic arcade style video game (no tokens needed). Third guest room has king size bed & TV. Fourth bedroom is great for families with children - queen bed & set of twin bunk beds with balcony overlooking pool. It also has a flat screen & DVD. Wi-Fi & cable/satellite included.

Fully furnished kitchens with beautiful granite counters, extra-long breakfast bar with stools & open to dining/ living areas. Great house for entertaining with large dining table. Covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with 2 picnic tables & plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax. Deck has a gate at the top of the stairs.

Parking under front house on driveway with plenty of room to pull in your truck & fishing boat & still have room for several other vehicles. Second driveway located behind back house can park another 4 vehicles. Extra refrigerator available.

Outdoor full bath with private shower & dressing room next to pool...great for cooling off after a day of fishing or playing in the sun. There is also a foot washing station at bottom of stairs & charcoal grill for your use.

Pool is fenced for added safety. Front house may be available to book separately during low season or other dates. Please inquire for that option.

Great Place
We arrived Dec 23rd in freezing cold temperatures, the house has some issue with frozen water lines but we’re quickly fixed by maintenance. The pool was down for a few days due to cold temperatures/heater issue but the maintenance crew worked very hard to get the pool up and running for our family so we could run the heater and get the pool heated up. The location was perfect and temperatures did get better during are stay and if you like walking down the beaches it’s beautiful and the sand is amazing. There are some nice beach bars that are in within walking distance and few pubs and restaurants as well. The house worked perfect for our families and everyone had a place to sleep. Some of the beds weren’t the most comfortable but fairy decent overall. The house was stocked well with almost everything we needed and an extra beer fridge was nice. We forgot to mention the hot tub was nice as well, and kept us all warm. The main house was nice to sit on the deck and chill out and watch the ocean and all the ships coming in and out. Overall we have no major complaints, our family enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the best!

Great Family Get Away
Convenience of two beach homes with a pool was excellent. We had plenty of room for our family of 13 to spread out, play and gather for meals. A huge plus was being able to enjoy and relax at the pool after a day at the beach. Outdoor showers and bathroom were another great convenience... especially with small children. We enjoyed this Surfside Beach stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

Family Reunion Beach Vacation
We rented both houses for a family reunion/ birthday celebration. The accommodations were great! There was plenty of space for the kids to play, and the adults to get “quiet time” if they needed a break. One of the major reasons we booked the place was the pool. While we still had a great time swimming, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. It wasn’t horrible but it was noticeable. Someone did come by to clean on Saturday afternoon/ evening before we checked out on Sunday morning….didn’t really help us but the next guests got a good clean pool :) We also had an issue with the fan not working in the room my husband & I stayed in, in the “back house”(roadside). This was a little uncomfortable at night as the room got stuffy with the door closed. I let the property manager know and she told us a handyman would come out. But no one ever showed up. Other than these little issues, everything else was great. My family really enjoyed the place and we will definitely keep place in mind in the future.
