Apartment with large entrance, kitchen with spacious living room provided with double sofa bed and bathroom.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with mountain view window.
The residence features a first floor bar with free Wi-fi, billiards and a beautiful lake-view terrace.
On the outside of the building there is an Olympic-sized swimming pool of the residence, free parking, tennis court, basketball and football and finally a barbecue area and a bowling alley.
in the 80 euros cleaning are included on arrival clean sheets and towels.
at the time of departure there will be a count of the gas used which costs 4 euros per m3.

Mooie locatie aan het comomeer in een groot complex met voornamelijk Italiaanse vaste gasten
Mooie locatie, in een complex met vnl vaste " oudere" Italiaanse huurders. 90 procent vaste bewoners die nogal gehecht zijn aan hun eigen gewoontes. Weinig flexibiliteit bij het zwembad, wat overigens prima van grootte is en goed onderhouden wordt. Grote kinderen die graag spelen in het water worden niet gewaardeerd door de vaste gasten. Een vaste kliek die smorgens hun plekje bij het zwembad innemen kijken je liever weg. Complex doet me denken aan een soort "bejaardenhuis" met vergane glorie uit jaren 80. Alles is behoorlijk gedateerd. Het is een afgesloten complex met voldoende parkeerplaats. Wel schoon en er is ruimte genoeg in het appartement. Wij hadden een 2 kamerappartement op begane grond met slaapbank. Boven was een aparte ruime slaapkamer. Geen uitzicht aan achterzijde van de Berg. De locatie is prima om van daaruit allerlei dorpen en steden te bezoeken, naar het strand te gaan of activiteiten te ondernemen. Ontvangst en hulp door verhuurder is overigens prima, jongeman in dienst is goed te bereiken via mail of telefoon en doet zijn erg zijn best. Vanwege de sfeer die heerst in het complex zou ik helaas niemand aanraden zijn vakantie met kinderen hier door te brengen. Normaliter zijn we graag tussen de lokale bevolking, deze keer is het echter erg tegen gevallen en voelden we ons niet volledig welkom.

Prettig verblijf gehad. Communicatie met de eigenaar was goed. Het appartement zag er netjes uit. Het matras was redelijk hard, pannen waren slecht. Verder zeer genoten van het verblijf.
