Welcome to my HOME away from home! This spacious two bedroom two bath condo features windows on the side that let in AWESOME PANORAMIC OCEAN & PIER views along with NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and private balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The second full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for laundry. The full kitchen includes a bar that seats four with an adjacent dining table that seats four. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for six and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with an optional 2 person swing and a double sliding, three panel glass door! The balconies are a GREAT place to people watch whether on the beach or pier.

Condo has 3 - 40” SMART HDTVs with cable. The living room cable is accessible through a traditional box and cable is accessible through the Roku - Spectrum app in each bedroom. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. Parking includes 2 spots. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Enjoy the sunrise. Relax on the two porches. Enjoy sun and sand. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

My condo comes with access to two pools; one located directly across the street behind the aqua Sun Skipper and the other behind the yellow Sun Skipper.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than two blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub! Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND. For more information go to www. carolinabeach .org/visitors/freeman_park

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt's Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**

1st the positives...extremely clean, very roomy, great location well stocked, amazing views... Next the cons...building is dated could use some sprucing up but condo itself updated comfortable and clean with normal saltwater esthetic issues..the water/sulfur smell was unlike anything I've ever experienced...very overwhelming and uncomfortable i didn't even want to turn water on for any reason. Parking underneath extremely tight...small cars and really small suv only no regular or large suv getting unscathed in the underneath Parking... Overall i enjoyed the stay...

Great stay
We were very happy to stay here & had a very relaxing vacation with our dog who loved the beach as well. The property was very clean and as advertised. We had no trouble with check in or any instructions & communication with the property manager was prompt & helpful. We would absolutely like to stay here again. The view was phenomenal & the facilities were exactly what we were looking for. Just a note that you may want to purchase your own drinking water if you are sensitive to the "sulphur smell" that comes with the water treatment near the beach.

Could not be closer to the wayer
Pros: Feels like you’re on a boat when standing in the kitchen. The living room is large for a condo, and it felt spacious. The front porch is awesome. Cons: The tap water had a very sulfuric smell - we had to buy drinking water. We would have appreciated more than one coffee mug. The checking out instructions (remake the beds, empty the dishwasher and put everything away) are more extensive than usual. Also, we missed the note about providing your own linens when booking, but the host was able to loan us some of those pesky twin sheets. For the price, it’s a great spot.
