The house has 2 spacious bedrooms with luxury large box spring beds and each with its own toilet, sink and shower as well as wardrobes. There is a special terrace for the morning breakfast with morning sun where there is also a barbecue and a pizza oven. During the warm afternoon hours there is a lovely covered porch where it never gets too hot and where you can also lounge in the evening in the comfortable outdoor room. For the cool nights in spring and autumn, there are 2 patio heaters. of course there is also beautiful atmospheric lighting. For the possible cooling there is an outdoor shower and a (hot) tube which is usually used for cooling but which can also be heated quickly in the spring and autumn. Last but not least there is the large wooden terrace in the tall treetops of an old holm oak here the swimming pool will also be realized in the spring of 2018. The entire site is one hectare in size and in addition to the many natural stone terraces, stairs and walls, much attention has been paid to the planting. Lavendels, Oleanders, Olives, Cypress Rosemary, Thyme, and many other Mediterranean plants and trees grow and flourish throughout the estate.
