A real venetian house! It's located at the second floor of Cà d'Asfalto, a venetian palace of '800. There is a wonderful view on the Cannaregio canal.
It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of the most caratheristic place in the city. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (100mt). It's composed of: living room, kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air Conditioned. WiFi. NO ELEVATOR

Perfect location
Absolutley wonderful. A beautiful apt in the perfect area. Quiet area but close to the action at St. Marks and Rialto Bridge. There is a ferry from the airport that stops just a few metres from the front door. Host Rita was fantastic. Recommened a Friday seafood dinner at a restaurant very close and it was one of the best dinners we had. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Amazing Views of Cannaregio Canal
This was our second stay at Casa Veneziana, and we would happily return for a third visit. The location is just off the tourist track but convenient for reaching the sights either on the vaporetto or on foot. Good restaurants nearby and relaxing canal-side cafes to enjoy a spritz.

Great Time in Venice
We were a group of four adults and this property was perfect. It was exactly as described and Rita communicated very well and made sure we settling in OK. She graciously accommodated our early arrival. Fantastic spot to explore Venice.
