Great In-law suite close to downtown Eustis, FL in a great well maintained older house built in 1926. 1 bedroom and 1 bath with all the amenities. Has full kitchen, washer and dryer, sitting area, pull out sofa bed, pool and private patio. Unit will sleep four very well but if an air mattress is brought, you can sleep 6. 2 in bedroom, 2 on pull out sofa and 2 on air mattress. Also included is free wi fi. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Can be rented nightly, weekly and monthly. Parking is limited on this property. We like guests to park in the garage. DUE TO SIZE OF OUR PROPERTY AND DRIVEWAY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LARGE AND OVERSIZDED VECHILES. They are welcome but will have to park in front of property along street in front of our wall on grass area near sidewalk and only one vehicle is allowed to be parked on the property per reservation. Guests of guests parking vehicles or guests bringing more than one vehicle will have to park across the street at United Methodist Church parking lot or adjacent side streets.

Comfortable and Affordable!
We used this unit over the Christmas holiday so that we could stay near relatives. Gary always answered any questions we had quickly and the kids loved the hot tub/pool. It had everything we needed as a home away from home for the week. Thank you!

The apartment and property were terrific! Great accommodations. The main neighborhood was nice, but the immediately surrounding houses/properties were not all as nice -- it didn't really present a problem at all during the stay, just an initial surprise.

Why they chose this property

Our property has a lot of charm but modern. Its close to downtown where you can walk to get anything. The apartment is very big, almost 900 square feet. It has everything you need to have a great stay. Its a close drive to just about everything. The property is totally fenced in and gated for your security.

What makes this property unique

One of the greatest features of the property is the wonderful plants and flowers all over the property. The smells during the day and just amazing and when the flowers are in bloom during April and May, its just the prettiest site to have everything green and the colors of the flowers all over the property.
