What makes this Cottage unique
This west-facing property has a large, newly-landscaped lakeside lawn that is almost impossible to find in Muskoka. It's large enough to play bocce, kanjam, horsehoes, ladder ball, and more simultanesously. New images to come when the snow melts in Spring 2018! Family owned and operated. Quiet west-facing property that enjoys beautiful sunsets without the notorious western wind... Year-round access on plowed road. Center of the action: easy access to Port Sandfield, Lake Joseph Club, Cleveland's House, The Rosseau, Muskoka Lakes Golf & Country Club, Port Carling... you name it.

A beautiful spot with everything you need to be happy
This cottage was amazing. We met there as a halfway point between Toronto and Sudbury so the family could enjoy Thanksgiving together. It exceeded all expectations. The nice thing about this cottage is that it feels "comfortable" so you settle in very quickly and don't worry about messing things up. It made it more enjoyable for a family with a dog and kids. Plus between the upstairs, the main level, the "basement" (above ground) and the boathouse, there was tons of space. The kitchen had everything you needed and there were kayaks and a canoe as well as lots of outdoor seating. The owners really think of everything and the only thing we had to go to town to buy was more marshmallows (they even provide the roasting sticks). The view was the best part - a beautiful inlet just off the lake that was quiet but had stunning views. The owner Scott was incredibly flexible and easy to deal with and the holiday was a complete success. Highly recommended!
Perfect cottage for celebrating a 60th Birthday with family. The complete package. The cottage is very well equipped. It has everything you need for enjoying a week in the beautiful Muskokas, including a family of ducks nesting on the shore. It’s centrally located between Minett and Port Carling and on a quiet road. Hiking trails are nearby to enjoy the beauty of Muskoka.
Wonderful lakefront property
The house is exactly as the pictures portray; cozy and warm. Being located directly on the lake it's simply a walk out the door to the water. The grounds are lovely and the view each morning over coffee was a great way to begin our day.
Fantastic Muskoka Cottage
My family had a wonderful time at this fantastic Muskoka cottage. The owners were very responsive to our questions and made sure that our stay went smoothly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare family meals. The sandy beach gradually slopes into the lake which is great for young kids. The shallow water allowed the water to be a lot warmer than other parts of the lake. Overall we loved our time at this cottage and look forward to returning soon.
What a gem! We never got tired of the view. This cottage had everything friends and/or a family could ask for. The cottage is close to town, but nestled in the most beautiful bay which is very peaceful. The loons and ducks would visit daily because it is such an ideal location. Great space for kids to run around and relaxing enough for the adults. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will definitely visit again. Scott was great to deal with and super helpful!
This is the second time we have enjoyed this property. As a repeat renter and having toured the area twice, I will say this is the best property I have seen. Convenient, comfortable and the caretaker is a perfect host. The sunsets are unbeatable. Sitting on Adirondack ‘Muskoka’ chairs and after a swim in the sunshine is just the right kind of relaxing. Local restaurants are also wonderful. I most highly and without any reservations recommend this property!
