Fairy take cabin
This is a well-loved home, pleasant and comfortable and conveniently-located. The host is thoughtful and accommodating; her recommendations were excellent. Dog owners: the backyard is good-sized and can be accessed directly through a door from the main bedroom. In addition, there is off-leash hiking park (Lunch Loops) a 5-minute drive away.

Mostly good
Jackie was very responsive and sweet and kind. The house was warm and inviting. The bed was comfy. The highlight, for me, was the yard: our doggy just loved it. The neighborhood is quiet, although you can hear traffic from the nearby road. (With the windows closed though, you couldn’t hear the traffic). The banana bread was a nice touch. For me, the downside was that I felt bad for displacing the owner. She lives here normally, unless it is rented. Her decor reflects a well-lived and interesting life; however, there were lots and lots of knick-knacks and mementos covering every surface. I had to move things aside to make room for my travel bags and toiletries. More so though, I just felt badly that I was invading her space and her world.
