Fantastic place if someone wants to rest (especialy for families <3). Peace and quiet, nice hosts and neighbors :D . Very nice place for families with children, the beach is visible from the terrace, so children are under control :P . Very nice and helpful hosts, willing to help. We were greeted with a traditional% drink :). Far from civilization (3 km on a gravel, narrow, winding road, 8 km to the store), but thanks to it, peace and quiet, you can relax, the beach "almost" private, clean sea, beautiful bays. A fantastic place for me 8)

Booking a place through booking.com used to be sim...
Booking a place through booking.com used to be simple and straightforward. Until I tried to book an apartment in southern Hvar. Accommodation Uvala Jedra 2583g has been selected, booking confirmed, my card authorized, just prior to our arrival Adriatic.hr canceled our stay there and involuntarily rerouted us to the northern Hvar, Uvala Pobij. On top of that, after leaving Hvar, booking.com started sending emails that host in Uvala Jedra is waiting for us, are we staying there - a total mess. A cherry on the cake of this incompetence is not a word of a reply to my complaints to booking.com. More than a week without any try of explanation. Neverthless, Uvala Pobij, where we indeed spent our few days of relaxation has been, as most of the eastern Hvar, excellent. We arrived on a rainy September day and exceptionally friendly hosts were waiting for us to show us the place, amenities, offer some tips on what to do and where to go. Owner even phoned us after a few days to check if we would need anything and all is well. Really great hosts! We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this area! The only drawback is that the host in Uvala Jedra has been waiting for us, we didn't get what we booked, all thanks to booking.com in partnership with Adriatic.hr. To avoid this, my advice is to try to book directly or through some more professional platform. In any case, Hvar, especially the eastern part is still a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the timeless serenity of this island.

Pre mna najlepsi oddych co mohol byt. Krasna zatoka, priroda. Domaci velmi priatelski, chodil som skoro kazde rano s nimi na ryby. ZADARMO nam prichystali taku rybaciu hostinu ze az. Taktiez sa da od nich nakupit domace produkty vybornej kvality + teta nam spravila na cestu domov domaci "kruh" peceny na uhlikoch. Do najblizsieho obchodu je to 10km po uzkej ceste a apartman ma elektrinu iba na solarny clanok, ale notebook, tablet a mobily to stiha nabijat. Ja som uplne zresetoval. Teraz sme este tyzden na Makarskej, ale osobne sa mi pacilo viac v Uvale. Kto hlada klud, tu ho najde.
