Apartment furnished with care and elegance, very cozy and equipped with every comfort.
It is a sunny apartment overlooking the Basin of San Marco with the stunning backdrop of the island of San Giorgio. It is located at the beginning of Via Garibaldi the perfect place to get carried in the '' real '' life in Venice, surrounded by the scents and the liveliness of the shops.

Completely renovated, it features un'introvabile terrace of 20 m² for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.

A Gem in the Heart of Venice.
My wife, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful location for a week. Sandro and family were so kind and helpful for every possible ask. The apartment is modern, clean and extremely spacious. The location is just outside the tourist area and easy to access and the rooftop patio was absolutely stunning. We loved every minute here and only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We will be back.

"This apartment was perfect! Venice being a very busy and touristy city, I loved the fact that the apartment was 10 minutes away from Piazza San Marco on Via Garibaldi. After a hectic day of visiting and walking, it was a great relief to arrive in this clean, comfortable and quiet apartment and relax on the terrace, which has a wonderful view on the lagoon. Sipping a glass of wine while looking at the activities on the water was heaven! Also, Via Garibaldi, a charming street, has all the shops, restaurants, grocers and bars your heart desires. I stayed three weeks and it felt like home! Thank you Homelidays for a great service and thank you Sandro for being a welcoming and charming homeowner! Cet appartement était parfait! Venise étant une ville très achalandée, j’ai adoré le fait que l’appartement était à 10 minutes de la Piazza San Marco sur Via Garibaldi. Après une longue journée de visite et de marche, c’était fantastique d’arriver dans un appartement propre, confortable et tranquille où je pouvais décompresser sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le lagon. Boire un verre de vin tout en regardant les activités sur l’eau, c’était le paradis! Aussi, Via Garibaldi est une rue charmante où vous trouverez un grand choix de boutiques, restaurants, épiceries et bars. Je suis restée trois semaines et je me sentais comme chez moi! Beautiful apartment with lovely view.
The apartment is beautiful and well placed for cafes, bars and restaurants as well as stores to buy food. The road is lively at nighttime. The terrace was lovely to sit on and admire the beautiful views. It is a 10 minute walk from San Marco and a few minutes away from the water taxi. Patrizia was excellent in communicating and giving directions. She met us outside the apartment and ensured we were settled in. Would recommend.

Best stay in Venice
Unanimously voted our favorite place on our Europe trip. The property is amazing. It’s very close to a big vaporetti stop and about an easy 10 minute walk from St. mark’s square. But just far enough away to be separate from the tourists. The streets is very vibrant with a small store and multiple restaurants. The apt is on the top floor of the building but an easy walk up. The building itself is a very interesting older one but inside the property is nicely done with terrazzo tile and similar surfaces. All very modern and nice and clean. Common room has a few sofas and a real tv( not not just like Apple TV hook up) - had a few afternoon siestas hanging out. Kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you’ll need (including a marvelous nespresso machine). There are 2 bedrooms - one on main level and one up a circular strait. There are 3 (yes 3!) ac European units - which is fantastic. We know getting ac isn’t always used in Europe but I wanted ac here. Every other place we stayed had one unit which made 1 room too cold and the rest too hot. This was perfect. Main bedroom was large and had a ver6 comfortable bed and a fabulous view. Upstairs bedroom was also nice size with a view to the interior. And then the bonus (we understand somewhat Newly redone) the upper deck. We sat outside on the deck every evening and most mornings. The view is to die for. Such a great feature. Host were fabulous as well. Sandro‘s son met us early to drop off bag and we were able to check in early.
