You will enjoy the more quiet end of the Garden City Beach in Murrells Inlet by staying in this well furnished gated condo with convenient elevator. There are truly beautiful views from this second floor deck. You can view the Marina from the overlooking private deck. You can enjoy views of the Marsh Walk buildings across the water. The beach is accessible by walking across the street to a public walkway.
There are two pools on the grounds,

There is WiFi and cell phones are encouraged, there+is no unit landline.

There are Two King bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and other with shower and tub combo. There is a Pull out sofa (queen) bed in the living room. This unit is good for 6 people maximum.

There is Assigned parking for one vehicle. Additional parking in overflow across street. There are Gated entrances and gated pools.

Nearby attractions include the Garden City Pier and Amusements; the Marsh Walk which has numerous restaurants and watercraft rentals; and Brookgreen Gardens, a national botanical and sculpture garden.

Bed linens and bath towels are now provided. However, please bring your own beach towels.

The following items are not included: washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper products, soap, nor garbage bags. Please arrange for those supplies.

PLEASE NOTE *At least two weeks prior to your stay, provide owner with your preferred mailing address to receive gate pass in advance of your visit, as well as check -in instructions. Check in is self check-in and is after 4:00 pm on departure no later than 10:00 am . These times are firm to allow cleaner the full six hours to clean.
Sorry , but NO pets or other animals are allowed by the Rules of the Marlin Quay Homeowners Association. Golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed for renters.
