ubytovanie fajn chodíme tam už roky -len trošku cítiť že to stále mení majiteľa.Aj keď čistota vyhovuje a napriek tomu,že pani ktorá to tam teraz mala na starosti/upratovanie,výmena uterákov,ubytovávanie hostí... bola veľmi snaživá, myslím že by pomohlo viac zamestnancov a trošku vylepšiť kuchynku-opakovane tam chýbajú niektoré základné veci- strúhadlo, otvárač na konzervy, a samozrejme mikrovlnka by pomohla.Inak sme spokojní a musím povedať že napriek tomu že tam chodíme roky na kúpeľni sme stále nezaznamenali zub času- pekné biele škáry okolo vaničky a sprcha bez zjavných plesní- v mnohých iných ubytovacích zariadeniach len zbožné prianie. :inlove:

Wir sind nun im vierten Jahr in Folge in der Unter...
Wir sind nun im vierten Jahr in Folge in der Unterkunft. Leider muss ich feststellen, dass das Niveau deutlich nachgelassen hat. Beispielhaft einige Mängel: - WLAN funktioniert nur zum geringen Teil, 80% der Zeit steht es nicht zur Verfügung. - Sat-TV funktioniert gar nicht!! Außerdem gibt es weitere „Kleinigkeiten“, so ist der Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon kurz vor dem völligen Auseinanderfallen. Die Duschstange ist nicht zu gebrauchen, das Lattenrost des Ausziehbettes fällt auseinander. Ferner wurde die tägliche Reinigung auf alle drei Tage reduziert. Diese Entwicklung finde ich bedauerlich, da ich bisher von diesem Objekt sehr begeistert war. Positiv ist die Präsenz und das Wirken der beiden Reinigungskräfte, die wirklich einen sehr guten Job verrichten. Adriatic.hr hat sehr gut auf die geäußerten Mängel reagiert, der Eigentümer bzw. Verwalter hat jedoch diese nicht behoben. Fazit: sofern weiter in das Objekt investiert wird und Gebrauchsgegenstände repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und damit der Standard gehalten wird, kann das Objekt empfohlen werden

V objekte sme už boli piaty krát a úroveň je stále...
V objekte sme už boli piaty krát a úroveň je stále rovnako velmi dobrá. Dokonca došlo aj k miernemu zlepšeniu internetu. Konkrétne v našom apartmáne zasa vypadával sat. signál. Inak niet čo vytýkať.
