On the first level, a living room with a large fireplace overlooking a terrace with barbecue, a living room with open kitchen and pantry (washing machine and fridge). The kitchen is equipped (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer), 2 bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet.
On another level, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate WC.
The linen is provided

Facilities: TV, work area with WiFi internet, iron, hair dryer, basic products, cot, high chair ....

Access from all rooms except the garage, the room under the terrace and the garden shed.
Pets are not accepted.

Magnifique séjour à l’ile D’Yeu
Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine passée à l’Ile d’yeu. La maison est très agréable: grande, avec une vue dégagée et une belle terrasse. Sa proximité avec la plage des vieilles et St sauveur en fait un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nos 3 enfants ont adorés et nous aussi :-) Expérience à renouveler l’an prochain ! Super vacances, à recommander +++
Nous avons passés une super semaine de vacances en famille, avec nos 5 enfants et la maison est très agréable, rien ne manque ! L'emplacement sur l'île est idéal, la plage à proximité est la plus agréable, surtout avec des enfants car l'accès est simple. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, et très disponible ! Nous recommandons cette maison à tout ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances reposantes.
