The residence it was a medieval fortress on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of 3 houses architectural beauty dating from the 1500 and share the only garden in the historical centre of the town. the Village Monteprandone is near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 4 km from the seaside of San Benedetto del Tronto. We have 11 holiday apartments and two double bedrooms,, we can host max 70 people. we have a fitness and relaxation area, a pool room, a large garden with a hydro massager and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a generous continental breakfast, served by the pool.

During the sensitive restoration of these medieval buildings great attention was given to detail, to exalt the architectural beauty of the cross-vaulting, wooden beams, hand-made bricks and original frescoes.

Each apartment has air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions, internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.
