Charming 3BR Victorian Cottage in the historic town of Colnbrook, Berkshire

My spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom Victorian Cottage is located in the historic village of Colnbrook, Berkshire, England.
The property contains a number of beautiful original features and has been completely modernized throughout.
Situated just meters away from the second oldest public house in England, The Ostrich Inn, the cottage is also only a 10-minute drive to Windsor and London Heathrow Airport respectively.

Colnbrook is also ideally located as a base to explore a host of local attractions. Windsor Castle, Eton and the Magna Carta Monument; where you can enjoy wonderful walks along the River Thames, all just a short drive from the cottage. We are located very close Windsor and Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, from there you will be able to get to central London in 25-minutes by train/London Underground.

This family friendly 3-bedroom property is fully equipped for up to 6 adults and offers;
An extensive and well-furnished living room with an occasional table and open plan seating area
1 spacious master bedroom, furnished with one king bed
1 rear facing bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double on request.
1 loft bedroom, cosy and comfortably furnished, with two standard single beds
2 bathrooms, one with bathtub/separate shower/WC and one with shower/WC
1 well equipped modern kitchen
1 separate dining room

The extensive living area comes complete with flat screen TV leading to the separate kitchen and dining area which opens out onto a quiet garden; to which you have access.

The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and oven, washing machine with combined dryer, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster. Also available, cutlery, crockery, utensils, glassware, pots pans and oven-ware.

WIFI and Free view TV is available throughout the property.
High quality bed linen and towels.
Essential amenities also provided include 2 hair dryers, steam iron, ironing board and basic bathroom amenities.
There is free off-road parking for one car. Vans and trucks are not permitted.

Colnbrook is also just 15 minutes from other local attractions that include Legoland Windsor, the Windsor Racecourse and Liquid Leisure in the neighbouring village of Horton and Thorpe Park. There are numerous well-known golf courses in the area.

There is a local convenience store and pharmacy in the village, just 2 minutes’ walk from the property. Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's Supermarkets can deliver on line shopping if required. A good number of local and fine dining establishments are nearby as well as long established take-a–ways that we are happy to recommend.

Great place near Heathrow and easy access to London
The property was very clean and spacious, full of handy essentials. Getting to London was very easy, parking at the train station and taking the Piccadilly line in. Heathrow too, is very close. Great base for London adventures. The host was very helpful providing recommendations and travel advice.

Great cottage!
We were attending my cousin's wedding and needed a place to stay close to the venue. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Victoria is a wonderful host and the cottage was very comfortable welcoming. Definitely recommend a stay!

Lovely stay
A lovely home, in a great location. Perfect to use as a base travelling to and from London city centre and other beautiful days out. Very clean and tidy home with everything we needed. My children absolutely loved watching the planes before bed from the loft room. Garden was a nice extra, very handy little shop a little walk down the road too. Thanks for a great stay :)

This is a lovely cottage in a perfect location.
This cottage for perfect for us travelling in and around London. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and the shop is local for essentials. A lovely pub a few doors up and Victoria the host was so helpful from start to finish. Thank you we had a lovely few days. Feb 2024 Amanda Wilkin

Just very recently André and his wife Vicki decided to convert their Victorian Cottage Guesthouse in to an elegant and comfortable Home away from Home.
The Cottage is ideal for Families, we have recently completed a total refurbishment program and are offering high quality facilities and amenities. Vicki and André your “hands on” host are at your service from when you confirm your booking until the day of your departure.

We love travelling, fine Hotels and Guesthouses, are connoisseur and enjoy sharing our experiences.
