Within an hour to reach Florence (36 miles) Pisa (21 miles), Lucca (17 miles)San Gimignano (35 miles), Volterra (36 miles) the beaches of Versilia (33 miles) Vinci (17 miles) and San Miniato (12 miles). You can take a day trip to the Cinque Terre (70 Miles) or Abetone (52 Miles) . Siena and Chianti (60 miles). Montecatini Terme is only 10 Miles away and it is famous for its thermal springs .

The Villa
The house is located on the route of Via Francigena, the ancient road from Rome to Britannia (Canterbury) on foot or horseback in the Middle Ages, and close to the beautiful nature trails of the natural reserves of Montefalcone and Padule di Fucecchio.
The Villa is made up of a large living room and open space kitchen with all appliances, american double door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice cubes. Laundry with washer ,dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board.
The Living Room has a double lounge with fireplace area equipped with sofa bed , the other half with sofa, armchairs and smart television (Netflix), wifi throughout the house, heating and AC.Pool view.
This is a 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms house with two sleeping areas.
First sleeping area:
-The Master Bedroom has one double bed ,a children’s bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub .Garden view.The black bathroom (with shower) is an additional bathroom in the same area and it can serve the master bedroom or the living room as well.
Second sleeping area:
-The Blue Room has one double bed,one single bed and walk-in wardrobe.Vineyard view.
The Beach Room: smaller bedroom with double bed .Forest view.
Both rooms are served by a large bathroom with shower.

Pool and Garden
There is big porch overlooking the pool with outdoor dining table and relaxation area,In the back of the house there is an outdoor barbecue .
The pool is private, it is just for you.
The garden is fenced.
Parking
The parking is free and gated .It can accommodate 3-4 cars.

Getting to the Property
You will need to rent a car while staying with us to see the most of Tuscany. Our place is easily accessible from both the Pisa (30 mins) and Florence (45 mins) airports.. In the neighboring town, you can take a short drive to a full supermarket (10 mins) and bank (5 mins). There is also a major train stop within a 15 min drive in the neighboring town of Pontedera or Altopascio. From this station you have direct access to Florence and Pisa central stations, no switching of trains needed.
