Great location
Excellent location. Quiet yet close to the city and easy to get in and out. 10 min walk to two tube stations on the District and Picadilly lines and a Tesco supermarket (and Express even closer). A great pub around the corner. You can walk to a couple parks. The kitchen was small and limited so don't plan on making elaborate meals, and the place could use a deep clean, but it worked very well for my family's needs in London. Good communication from the owner.

Heerlijke plek maar niet schoon
Fijne behulpzame huiseigenaar. Het opklapbed was kapot en hij heeft direct een nieuwe gebracht. Huis was helaas echt heel vies, keuken, badkamer, enz. De bedden sliepen lekker en de buurt is prettig en centraal

Spacious, Safe Property but Disappointingly Dirty
This property could do with a proper clean. Despite being charged for cleaning in our bill we had to clean the toilet, floor around the toilet and all of the kitchen utensils before using as all were disgusting. We also had to change the main bedroom duvet cover as it definitely had been used. I had asked to add two days either end which I was assured would be fine even though our booking was not changed until after a lot of effort I managed to contact HomeAway to ask the owner to change it. It was never actually changed, on the system. (We were charged for the extra day we had though) Communication was difficult with owner leading us to have to move to another property at the end of our stay (with our daughters broken ankle, so not an easy task) due to a last minute let down of the extra last days booking. The flat itself is nice and roomy for London (kitchen is tiny,) but on the whole it is really dirty and in need of attention in the bathroom and kitchen particularly. It would be a lovely flat if it was deep cleaned.

Disgusting Flat
Where to start.. My family & i stayed in the flat between 15-19th June 2019, the flat was beyond being disgusting!! The bathroom had mould through out the shower, dust all over the toilet. The bathroom window was BLACK with mildew (on the inside), shower was clogged up, ceiling was black... the floors were dirty as our socks were black so we had to keep our shoes on. There was a smoke alarm what was not connected, a nail sticking out of the skirting board, nails sticking up on the floor (again had to wear shoes due to this especially the little kids!), the kitchen was beyond gross - there was a dirty dishcloth with a HAIR on it!!! The oven hadn't been cleaned as it had scraps in it. The bin was broken. The flat was originally advertised to have a microwave but there wasn't one. We had to eat out every night for 2 reasons.. to get out of the place & we did not want to cook in that dirty oven. There was scraps of foods throughout the kitchen. My father had to go for a walk just to get away from the dirty place. Definitely would not recommend this place. There should be a law against letting a place out in this state. We were charged a 30 pounds cleaning fee.. FOR WHAT???? We tried to contact him in regards to the complaint but by the sounds of it from other reviews, he does not like to get back in touch with you.

An OK place
The stay was comfortable and Connor was nice and friendly. It was easy getting around and we enjoyed our visit. The only down side was really squeaky floors and it would have been nice to have towels that were not so well used. The kitchen too could use abit of work and the place was dusty
