Two private lobby's lead through to a living room with adjoining kitchenette, a shower room and a spacious double bedroom. WiFi, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, this newly decorated & furnished, colourful apartment is on the upper ground floor of a traditional Leipzig 1880's townhouse. It is both beautiful & positive. Located on Gottschedstrasse within the city centre, 5 minutes from the events arena.

Besser geht's nicht!
Seit vielen Jahren komme ich regelmäßig nach Leipzig - endlich habe ich ein kleines "Daheim" gefunden. Eine liebevoll und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einer Straße voller einladender Lokale und in Fußnähe zum Zentrum. Obwohl Altbau funktionierte alles perfekt, Sauberkeit ist 1 A! - Die Kommunikation mit der sehr herzlichen Annette war hervorragend. Das "Check in" Dank eines kleines Filmchens, das sie einem schickt, überhaupt kein Problem. Ich hatte nicht die Zeit etwas in der Küche, die wirklich gut ausgestatttet ist, zu kochen, aber ich war sehr dankbar für die Riesenauswahl guter Tees, die sie einem zur Verfügung stellt. Ich hoffe, dass ich im kommenden Jahr wieder dort wohnen kann, denn es ist für mich eine wunderbare Illusion in meinem geliebten Leipzig eine kleine Wohnung zu haben...

tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Zoo und Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr nett und über WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Gerne wieder :-)

Perfekt gelegene Altbauwohnung
Die Wohnung fanden wir wie beschrieben an. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte für uns Bahnreisende die perfekte Lage - nah am Zentrum und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sogar ein Schwimmbad war nur 5min entfernt. Alles was wir erreichen wollten, konnten wir von der Ferienwohnung zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen. Auch ein witterungsbedingter, längerer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut auszuhalten. Ich empfehle die Ferienwohnung weiter.

Appartement très propre. Couchage du salon un peu limite pour des adultes.
Leipzig est une très belle ville qui gagne à être decouverte.l'appartement est proche du centre...et d'un reparateur vélo extraordinaire qui a sauvé notre voyage
