A modern newly built designer beach house within yards of the sea, beaches and located opposite the promenade, which is level walking to the attractions of Torquay, Cockington, Preston and Paignton. Located on the ever popular SW Coastal Path this makes an ideal property for families, couples and business travellers alike. This property has full width balconies to all floors with bifold doors opening up each room to make the most of the sunshine and the sea views. Located on the main coastal road the property offers two private parking spaces, has a bus stop nearby and is also easy walking distance from Torquay station (offering direct links to Exeter, Bristol and London).

On entering the property you will be welcomed with a clean and fresh coastal décor, a hall opens onto an extremely modern and well appointed kitchen with a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan dining room and snug which further leads to an enclosed paved outside area offering further table and seating when the sun is shining and you want to make the most of Alfresco dining. Downstairs cloakroom.

On the first level there is a well appointed double bedroom, large family bathroom and a modern lounge which bi-fold doors fully opens up onto a balcony to make the most of the views. Enjoy the Smart TV, DVD library, Wifi or take a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the sunset.

A further flight of stairs takes you up to the large master bedroom, balcony, ensuite bathroom and a further large twin bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have their own TV. .All rooms are beautifully designed ensuring that the guests enjoy their time at Beaches.

The property is located within walking distance to good restaurants, Princess theatre, the Riveria Conference Centre, Abbey Sands and the cosmopolitan marina and harbour attractions which includes Dinosaur World, bars and cafes. Here you can catch a ferry to Brixham and Dartmouth or take a Nature sightseeing boat around the Jurassic Coast. There is also an array of sea sports hire which includes ski jets, boat trips, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, e-bike hire, etc.

With so much to do from the coastal walks, the fishing town of Brixham, Paignton with its large pier, theatre, picturesque Dartmouth, Devon Steam Railway, easy access to Dartmoor and beyond - this property is ideally located.

Escape route !
What a perfect after lockdown mini break. Ideal location fussy husband so happy with the Parking & happy me. Everything clean working & a very homely feel for a holiday rental. Lots of stairs but kept my Fitbit happy. Everything explained in clear instructions & would definitely recommend to my friends & family.

We pride ourselves in offering an excellent property with a 'home from home' feeling but with all the little extras that will make your stay special.

Why they chose this property

This contemporary beach front property is an ideal location with flat walking to the beach, bustling harbourside, marina, theatre, bars, restaurants and shops. Offering two private parking spaces, a contemporary home with bi fold balconies to all floors. A lovely sunny courtyard for outside dining, SMART TV and wifi. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedlinen, fluffy white towels and modern facilities.

What makes this property unique

You can leave the car at home as we are ideally located to walk from the train station. Nearby Airports are Exeter and Bristol. South Sands bus stop, stops right outside. You can walk into town along the promenade or nearby Cockington Village and Paignton and Preston seafront via the park. Bus stops opposite taking you to nearby Paignton, Brixham, Totnes, and Kingswear where you can hop over the Dartmouth. The beautiful steam railway in Paignton is one of the best in the country for a 12 mile iconic ride along the coast to Dartmouth. A great location to drive to the Moors, etc. World renound zoo of Paignton. Agatha Cristies house nearby, Foxton Fishacre and Dartmouth an easy drive away. Bowling, tennis, golf, dry skie slope, Kents Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Meadfoot and the South West coastal path all nearby.
