Just renewed house with an incredible view on Piazza di San Salvatore in Lauro.
Wonderful location to reach all most important attractions in Rome: Piazza Navona, Sant’Angelo Castle can be reached in 5 minutes, St Peter’s , Vatican, Campo de Fiori. Pantheon can be reached in 10 minutes.
The Apartment is on third floor with no lift and has a double bedroom with wardrobe, a living room with double sofa bed, table with seats ,TV and a fully equipped kitchenette ,one bathroom with shower.
Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, heating, bed sheets, linen, hair dryer.
From Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can arrive to Termini train station, and from there take the 40 or 64 bus lines until the stop “ Chiesa Nuova”, then the house is 5 minutes walk.
On request we can provide a pick-up service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
Tourist Tax 3.50€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
For arrivals from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. you can leave your luggage and collect the keys on request with a small extra cost of € 10.00. The apartment will be available from 3 p.m.
For check-in after 8 pm there is a 25€ extra cost.
There's 100€ deposit to give on cash at check-in. It will be given back on check-out.

Nice place, excellent neighbourhood/location
The place was perfect for a couple, very clean, bright and excellent location, if you don't want fancy. May want to advise there is no elevators and it is a 5th flloor. Some older customers may not enjoy that.

We were in the apartment in June 2022. It was wonderful for us. We were well and friendly cared for. Both in advance and on site at the handover. Also when booking the private shuttle. This was a bit more expensive than by train and bus, but brought directly to the front of the house. This is much more relaxing than being in the inner city traffic hustle and bustle with suitcases on cobblestones. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The pictures are true and not photoshopped. The kitchenette has everything there that you need for breakfast or a small lunch (before a nap). The air conditioning works and created a comfortable temperature for us northern Europeans to escape the midday heat. Another guest wrote that noise is to be expected. That is always the case in city centers. And the small beautiful square invites to stay. Even deep into the night. That is part of city life. For us, everything was within very tolerable limits. Those who are sensitive usually have earplugs with them. The apartment is very well and centrally located. In one of the most beautiful little streets of the city center. Of course also populated with tourists like ourselves. But much more relaxed than in other areas around the big squares. From here most of the sights are very easy to reach on foot. Conclusion: highly recommended all around. We liked it very much.

We loved this cute little apartment on Coronari street! There were many restaurants and shops on the Main Street and we walked to many major landmarks- Vatican museum, Spanish Steps, etc. It was nice to have our own place and felt a bit more local than a hotel stay. Home was updated (kitchen and bath) with historical charm (see ceilings). For American tourist, you will need outlet adapters. The square from the windows can be noisy so earplugs may be helpful for sleeping. Also, prepare to climb 4 flights of stairs. Great stay and host was helpful in arranging airport transportation.
